Default NL200: K-high flush on 4-flush board against regular

Villain is 27/9/2.8 over 590 hands. Notes say:
- raises cbet without a set on low flop

I haven't really seen him out of line even though he is a bit laggy.

BB ($200)
UTG ($203.85)
Hero ($200)
UTG+2 ($136.15)
MP1 ($45.70)
MP2 ($103.55)
MP3 ($198)
CO ($278.25)
Button ($218.05)
SB ($304.85)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls $2, Hero calls $2, 2 folds, MP2 calls $2, 3 folds, SB raises to $13, 1 fold, UTG calls $11, Hero calls $11, MP2 folds.

Flop: ($43) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $30, SB calls $30, UTG folds.

Turn: ($103) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets $30, Hero calls $30.

River: ($163) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets $30, Hero...

Flop I feel ahead. Turn I feel WA/WB basically and figure worse hands don't call a raise except maybe Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Qx and that's not that many hands.

River feels like a blocking bet but is he reeling me in pretending weakness? Could he have A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Ax or A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Kx?

Is there value in raising here in terms of worse hands calling often enough and if so, how much to raise and what to do if he shoves?

P.S. Preflop is meh, but UTG was a big fish, everybody else had really low PFR% except for SB so I figured it will be OK.

Fold PF should be by far your most standard play here. I think that calling the original $2 is much better than calling the extra $11 raise.

On the river I'd just call and hope for the best. Raising just doesn't have quite enough value IMO.

I don't like pf that much. I'd call river. Unless SB is a total fish there is no value in raising.

PF is very very marginal or maybe even plain bad. I called because a) I expected MP2 to also call as he was fishy b) villain's range is very well defined raising from the blinds I think.

River I just called. He shoved KK and I felt like having MUBS and having lost on value. But if you say it is fine, I trust you all.

no idea what MUBS is, but its very hard to get more value from KK on this board?

I guess you can by minraising river and he makes a crying call but that is a bit lame and opens you to being a) stacked by A-high flush if you don't fold b) raised off the winning hand by Q-high flush if you do fold .

MUBS = monsters under the bed syndrome.
