Default OMG Poker.com ~ Carbon Poker Whatever

I was excited to see they've added Epassport as a deposit option and after seeing they are offering a 10% instant deposit for epassport customers, I decided to go for it.

After a half hour went by and my funds had still not been added, showing as a "pending" deposit, I contacted live help to see how long before it's approved.

I was shocked to be told 48 hours.

48 hours for my deposit by Epassport to be approved seems pretty ridiculous.

They should state this somewhere on the site but alas, they don't.

There was a tournament that I was really looking forward to playing too, oh well.

Just a warning.

Maybe now you'll have time to rethink the evils of gambling so that you don't lose your house with the click of a mouse.

That sucks!

Poker.com used to have INSTANT deposits AND cash outs via Neteller.

I'm really surprised that they'd take so long AND offer a deposit bonus on top of it too.

Yeah, it's really pretty garbage customer service if you ask me.

I now see they're sending out spam e-mails announcing the new Epassport option and still no mention that it will take 2 days before your deposit hits your account.

Very low brow and classless.

You know, the more I think about this, the more pissed I think I should be.

They already took the money from my epassport account, it was taken immediately and they're now taking at least two days to decide if they should put my money into my account.

This is total bs and it's only because I'm an American that they can even think about giving such subpar service.

2 days have now passed since I made my deposit and my balance remains at zero.

2 days!

I just sent another e-mail to support asking wtf.

Something doesn't smell right.

Has anyone else tried using Epassport at this poker site?
