Default 50NL - JJ in RR pot

Hi,
I ran terrible at the beginning of the month and after a couple of weeks of repadding the bankroll and confidence at STTs I'm back and things are going much better. However I am still hesitant in RR pots vs loose players. Villain in this hand is 40/11.8/3 over about 120 hands. He has RR me in position 2 or 3 times prior to this hand and I folded pf both times.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $41.40
BB: $49.25
UTG: $49.25

<font color="black">CO: $59.95</font>
BTN: $49

UTG folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $2</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $5</font>, 3 folds, Hero calls $3

re-raise pre flop...
one of the worst cards in the deck on the turn which is just sick... i check fold rather than check raise with that card... you dont beat alot of hands...

Uhhh TT, 9X, combos. And you have the J clubs, I'm pushing this on the turn all day against 40/10/3.

C/f turn. A 40/11 3-bet's hella tight

OP said he's been three bet twice before this hand. Also, the three-bet preflop was weak.

If he has two pairs, I believe our equity in the pot is about 35%. Not to shabby for odds to push.

Is c/c'ing this flop optimal against this opponent?
