AQ top two on the turn
Villain was 27/12/3
I don't really know if i played this hand right. First the flop. I know a player like that could donkbet with a draw, and I would normaly raise. But this time i actually felt I was beat and he wanted me to raise. I put him on two pair maybe set. I called and was actually willing to fold the turn if he would made a bet like that again. Then a Q came which made me top two pair... I felt now i was ahead of his range and made a raise and then he immediately went all in.... Re: AQ top two on the turn
he hit his flush? It seems to me like he has a super draw on the flop...2 pair could also be possible but I like your line. Im putting him on two pair, you suckout on turn?

Re: AQ top two on the turn
I would think he could have hit trips with pocket 7s or 6s. And assuming that you hit the ace, he might have tried to get more money out of you by just flat calling your flop bet, planning to put you all in on the turn if there isn't another spade.

Re: AQ top two on the turn
Shouldn't we be raising on the flop here with a flush draw and straight draw on the board?

Re: AQ top two on the turn
If it were HU on the flop I dont think calling is terrible. With one to act I think we should definitely raise this flop though.
At turn: I dont even think you look too hot vs. his range, but with all the money in and the way he played it its fine. Sets obv. hurt your equity enormously, but I find few players playing sets like that at uNL. fine I think, preferably raise flop tho |

Re: AQ top two on the turn
Well, he showed 66 for a set, so I was beat all along.
I seem to be on the bad side of the coolers a lot this month and I was starting to question my play here. |

[/ QUOTE ] It happens, once you called the flop and the turn Q came you were toast, he hit a perfect flop bottom set with two OC's one being an A. Way it goes, |
