Default Nice one D-Bag

So I am playing in this home game, 2-4 NL and this total fish is just raking in pot after pot with total trash, 1-4 outers. He's taken over 400 off of me, both times I had a set. Whatever though. I don't care. He could river me 10 times in a row with one outers but as long as I don't go on tilt I want him in the game. I can't do anything about the past.

The guy that runs the game, King of all Douchbags, is a cocky, rich local business owner. When I started the game the rake was $1 on every pot. Not a big fan of rakes in home games but its a small town and i can't find another game. Then the rake goes up to $2. No announcement of this BTW. Then $3. Then $4. Every pot. This is not a deep game. Most buy in for $200.

King of all Douchebags is getting hammered by the fish as well. I am actually enjoying his whinefest quite a bit until he starts berating the fish.

"You called with ace high!?"

"What were you thinking there. Seriously, what were you hoping to hit with that hand."

"What do you think that guy has? No, he raised you $50. I want you to tell me right now what you think he has." (While the hand was still being played out BTW)

etc. etc.

Five minutes later the fish leaves in disgust. Probably half the money on the table, GONE.

Nice one. The guy would have donked it all off eventually and he was a petty nice guy as well.

King of all Douchbags bitches about losing three hundred dollars, WHEN HE IS MAKING 400 DOLLARS EVERY 100 HANDS.

I quit playing in this game as of tonight. I'm not dealing with that kind of crap.

I was letting off some steam so it served a purpose for me. This is the appropriate place fo this post. I'm sorry I wasted the time of a fine gentleman like yourself. Really, I am.

Were you going to quit playing when the rake was more or less than $10 a hand?

The casinos I've been to rake $4 or $5 a hand plus a dollar for jackpot at 3NL and 5NL. So $4 a hand isn't that ridiculous.
