Default crockpot\'s mlb picks 4/9-4/15 (20-14, +35.54 u)

okay, this is going to seem belated, but yesterday's post was deleted.

anyway, for the sake of record-keeping and because some of these lines are still available, i took:

KC +187 (1)
Cle +127 (cancelled)
Ari -106 (1)
Phi +117 (1)
Min +120 (1)

also i'd like to add (again!) that my expectation for the year is +10.0 units, not +35.54. so don't hitch on to the wagon expecting any miracles.

and, does anyone have a good statistical resource for weather/umpire effects on totals? i looked through my copy of michael murray's betting baseball and it seems to have some decent info, though it will take me a little while to figure out how to integrate it.

KC up to +200. I think I'm going to pile on a couple more units here.

i'm actually looking for something more along the lines of a regression between weather and totals. is the info in the murray book as good as i'm going to get? i'm using it for my current totals setup and the numbers are all way lower than the lines.

for those of you with wsex accounts, live betting has +300 available for the nats, (buy price of $25).

edit: that didn't last long, +284 now, still a bargain.

okay, i think i fixed the problem.

man, i missed pinny before, but having only 5dimes as a discount book for totals is going to sting. or are there others out there? (besides exchanges)

alright, i'm officially launching my totals picks with tomorrow's games. i'll cap the bets at 2 units, even though some of the plays would qualify for more under my sides system, because i'm not as confident in the methodology.

(translated: fade fade fade fade)

plan now is to keep a separate record of the totals, but post them in the same thread to avoid clutter.
