Default Berating donks

How do you guy's refrain from berating donks after taking several sick, sick beats by very obvious bad plays. The last few day's I get up 2-3 buy In's and the bad beats start next thing I know I am even or slightly ahead/behind for the day. I know it is horrible to run off the ATM but I just can't help it. Any advice of breaking this bad habit?

I just keep telling myself, "Decisions not results." Keep making good decisions and the results will take care of themselves in the long run. Then I kick the dog!

When they call my pot-size bets all the way to the river, then they show me that the river card filled their gutshot, I just remind myself that these are the guys who donate 90% of my profit.

I want to berate them. A lot. But I always remember the old saying, "Never smarten-up a chump."

I love the stuffed donkey idea. Problem is all I have is a stuffed Eyor, and if I punched it it would make my daughter cry...

Actually the stuffed donkey thing may not be that good.

Experiments have shown that people who act out on their "tilt" by smashing objects or punching stuffed animals tilt for longer than those who don't.

It keeps the adrenalin going and you don't want that.

Buy a stuffed animal (preferably a donkey). Throw/kick/pummel the crap out of it when they beat you.

Seriously.
