Default 50 NL...what to do with bottom 2 pair here...

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
6 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero raises to $1.75, 2 folds, Button calls, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($5.5, 3 players)
BB bets $5.5.

No real stats/reads. I thought my UTG raise with 45s would get some more respect as I was playing more Taggy.

Raise (if so to how much), call or fold here?

thanks

as long as you have had a pretty tight image UTG raise with 45s is OK...against an uknown id probably raise to like $17 and look to get it AI

(Grunching, and I suck at poker

Seems like a raise of $15 will push button out of the pot and isolate BB. He's gotta have A8 or an overpair more often than 76 or a set.

Without a read I think I would call a push too. Again, I think it's more likely a slowplayed big pair or some other nonsense that you beat.

Raise to 20 call shove

Absent a read if BB or button shoves what are we beating???? We are repping a big pair with the PFR and the raise on a ragged flop...

If we're raising 45s UTG what type of flop are we looking for? I think when we flop 2 pair we got what we wanted and we should be taking it all the way. I feel like we're seeing overcards/overpairs here in most cases.

Raise to 12$-15$. Call an all-in or push all-in if you get reraies. On the turn push all-in. Raising UTG with 45, this is one of the best flops you're looking for, right?

Do not like the PFR w/54 from UTG...Raise the flop donk to $15...I most likely fold to a shove from either BB or button..
