Default WinStar\'s new room opened?

Did WinStar open its new poker room today as planned? Something tells me no, but if so, any thoughts on it?

Thanks.

I'm planning to go down there next weekend, so I definitely hope they actually got the new room going...

I don't work on Friday, so I will be there if it is open.

I'm in for the 2+2 meetup as well.

I am thinking about going up there for the first time on Friday. Is there usually a $2/$5 going during the day or only at night? Also, what is the max buy-in on the $2/$5 and the $5/$10.

Thanks
Capt. Homer

I believe the max buy-in for $2/$5 is $500 and $2000 for the $5/$10. Every time I have been there has been $2/$5 running, including during the day. This has been on the weekends though, Im not sure about during the week.

The room is not opened as of today. However, it is supposed to be open sometime this week according to the poker room managers but after numerous delays I don't know what to believe anymore.

Last night, an uncertain dealer (as in, not certain of much of anything) is saying "late this week". A few days ago, one of the floor guys said "shooting for Wednesday". I'm out of town this weekend, so you don't want to have a meetup. Because I'm very important.

Buy in for $5/$10 is $1000 max

Yes, there is always a $2/$5 NL game going. Anytime after about 10AM (any day of the week) there will be multiple games). Up to 5 or so in the evening

I was there yesterday and they are all saying it will be open between Fri and Monday.

46 tables, most of which are new.

There is a seperate "high stakes" room which they say is 2/3 the size of the entire current room. High stakes apparently is $2/$5 and $5/ $10 NL since that the highest games they have as of yet.
