Default EPT Grand Final...

You can watch it live on eptlive.com.

Featured table has lost a couple players, including Josh Arieh. Andy Black is there with a decent stack. Marc Karam is also on the featured table.

First prize is over 1.8 million Euros, which is over $2.5 million. Next bust out is a table redraw, and a bump in payout.

Dean Sanders Eliminated in 18th Place
Dean Sanders (UK) got caught up in an ugly hand at the feature table. He was all in with 8-7 after flopping a straight on a board of 10-9-6. Marc Karam flopped two pair with 10-9. The turn was a 6 and the river was a 6 which meant that Sanders' straught was no good because Karam rivered a boat. A disgusted Sanders threw his mike on the table and walked off the stage. Sanders won €33,000 for 18th place.

Chip leaders are Marc Karam and Gavin Griffin at last check.

wow, marc karam tourney record is pretty amazing so far.

ve been playing poker for about 5 years now. My notable accomplishments so far have been - cashing in 4 out of the first 5 major tournaments I have played in, including 3 televised final tables - $270,000 for placing 4th out of 298 at the 2006 European Poker Tour Grand Final in Monte Carlo, $170,000 for placing 6th out of 497 at the 2006 North American WPT Championship in Niagara Falls, and $275,000 for placing 6th out of 747 at the 2007 Aussie Millions in Australia. Hopefully this is only the beginning of a very successful career.

Karam runs amazingly good... he's got good instincts. I honestly hope Black clutches this one, I think he's one of the most well rounded players on the circuit right now.
