APRIL GOALS:
1) Put in some hands while really focusing on school (only 2 weeks left + finals)
2) Grind like a crazy man April 20th-April 30th
3) Hit up NL100

April Goals:
Don't play much until finals are over, then play a ton of hands until I start tree planting at the beginning of May. With the new Neteller Canadian fiasco, I withdrew my FTP role and cut my effective roll down to just under 1K, so I want to grind up to 1700 or so by the end of the month.

I didn't have the time/energy to play too many hands in March after my dramatic February results. Also, I was snowboarding for a week and didn't play during that time.

After thinking about my play a lot during snowboarding I significantly altered my game with great initial results.

Almost made up for my 18 buy-in downswing!!!



Here are my stats for after snowboarding. I used to run 17/14 before. Flop AF is almost entirely due to raising $0.25 donk-bets to proper c-bet size.

March made me really doubt my game and really hate FTP. Moved back to Stars the last few days of the month and managed to turn some things around. With RB I hit about +$1k for the month.

April Goals:
- 75k hands
- 4ptbb/100
- $2k profit.

Just finished my first ever full month playing online (play 2/5 and 5/10NL live).

I started playing seriously Feb 12th. I'm not a huge winner online, but with a full-time job and a full-time life, I pumped out 29,817 hands in the month of March. I'm damn proud of that and having a full month and coming out ahead. I don't expect to get that many hands in this month (my goal for March was 10,000!!!), as I'm going to be playing more live, but I just felt like throwing that out here. It felt damn good to be able to finally become a winning online player. Far too long it was donking off here and there. No more. Online and live alike...beware Felix and his bag of tricks!


March goals were:

-Play no more than 4 tables at a time!!! (game takes a significant hit with anything above 4)
-Put in 15k hands this month and maintain no less than Silver Iron Man

I don't use PT and play NL $0.25/0.5 with a $100 stack at Absolute.

My 6-max-earnings in March: $987,42.
Average 6-max earnings per hour, 3 tabling: $7,106
Total hours played including tournaments: 138,95

I don't include rakeback and bonuses into my statistics.

This was a little disappointing because I was up $700 in the midth of the month but encountered a bad streak for a little more than a whole weak. To many bad beats put me a little bit on tilt. I was not able to lay down some hands where I was beaten. Normally I'm able to do these laydowns, which sometimes looks a little bit weak and later I can win big pots by picking up huge donkish bluffs.

My goals for April:
(1) Make further tryouts in switching gears from TAG to a preflop calling station for a few orbits and then switch back again.
(2) Take first steps to NL $.5/$1 with $200 stacks, but only in TAG mode, not in switching-gears-mode.
(3) Get rid of calling raises in position or from the blinds with SCs below T9 and suited 1-gappers below T8, except maybe 54 and 53.
(4) Play a little bit more patient.
(5) Don't forget my wedding day on April, 7th. Of course the most important one!
