My week in food
Here's my diet/exercise routine for the past work week. I'd say its pretty typical for me. My current stats are 6'2, 197, 35 inch waist (measured with a tape at my narrowest point of my abdomen). Ideally I'd like to be around 185.

Re: My week in food
well you're probably maintaining a calorie deficit so you will lose weight, but you're not really eating healthy. Pizza 3 days a week?! Cmon.

Re: My week in food
The other thing I'd question is if this is truly accurate. You have no snacks listed at all. If you can make it through the day just eating what you've listed you've got some willpower. I'd suspect that there's some snacks in there somewhere and that can really kill you if they're not so good ones.
If you're really serious about dropping some weight and getting into better shape you need some more exercise and maybe some weights (though that will up your weight but hopefully decrease your fat). A little over an hour of total exercise a week won't really cut it. |

Re: My week in food
Actually no snacks at all. I work 60-80 hours a week and there really isn't time.
