Default Flopped Nuts 400nl

Villain here is a tricky lag. He runs 34/28/3.5.
I just moved up to 2/4nl, and I think that mine lines may be a bit too standard. Obviously villain has something when he called my reraise, but I think that I may have played it too strongly, looks like a set/AK way too often. I need suggestions on how to disguise my hand more and how to play this better.

i might check this in position or bet less, since the only thing that can draw out on you is a set.

Are you making that flop raise with AQ? If you are then just check the turn. If I saw my opponent raise the flop then chec, the turn I might think he was agressively c-betting and I migh t bluff this guy. Also, is this the same villain who you folded ak to a river shove?

Raise less on the flop (but I would still raise) and then check the turn. I doubt he has a set here.

The age old question - maximize EV by checking or betting and the size. It probably comes down to likely strength of opponent and how he would perceive 1/3 and 1/2 pot bets. If he has trips now = 22% of winning hand, 2 pair = 9%. I make a 1/2 pot bet here since a 3,T,J,Q,K,A may make our hand a loser or a tie and the pots worth winning now.

3 bet preflop firstly. Secondly you did fine, get money in when you have the best of it. As for deception, you could have bet less on the turn but i think a check is out of question because if you feel strongly he has a set you are giving him a free card to draw out one you.
