Default overpair, but the board pairs!!

Opponnent is loose, bad, and I dont know him well so he's kinda unpredictable to me. I think he has a ten most of the time, but can I call?

He has you beat alot here, youre right about that. I think its an okay call, but a fold here isnt bad either.
The board is so dry everything but 89 or maybe a stupid j9ish hand beats you.

Pott-odds are nice though =)

I think you fold... betting into you on flop then calling your raise looks like atleast a ten.
