Villain is running 20/12/2 over 120 hands, seemed sort of aggressive. I generally 3bet preflop here, FWIW.

I don't like a lead. |

I always hate hands like this, I call probably, check raise is worth considering if opp is very predictable.
edit: this is why three bet pre is so much easier to play, though i'm not at all sure it's better. |

Most people never give me credit for a 10 when I lead, which is why I do it. So without it I usually play it more passive and check call flop. On the turn I'd probably check again, and he will probably check behind without the 10. It sucks to give free cards on this draw heavy board if you are behind, but our hand is pretty marginal, were out of position, and I'm not looking to play a big pot here so thats probably how I'd go. If you think he's full of it I guess you could c/r flop but I think your going to be in a tough spot oop in a bloated pot if he calls.

I raise here a lot. There are so many hands you can represent, and you have the best hand here 70%+ of the time. Since there are a ton of cards that can come if you just call, that will make you fold, raising is the best option.

depending on how aggressive he is I opt between
1. lead-fold (predicatble TAG) 2. lead-reraise (AF>2) 3. c/r lead turn (relativly small/callable c/r and hard lead that wins it) c-c sucks imo |

I think you should have 3 bet PF For sure.
But with that being said I like a bet on this flop. As played I would raise. |

So those saying c/r how much are you check raising to? If he calls and the 2h comes on the turn are you firing again and how much if so? Or are you going to c/r flop c/f turn?
Check raising seem to be bloating the pot huge oop with a marginal hand but mabye I'm missing something. I'm not saying its bad, its just something I don't do often and if you guys are saying its good I might give it a shot. |

I like c/r a lot here, but I agree that the hand gets very icky if he calls.
1) We are attempting to rep a 10 here by c/r, no? 2) If he calls, do we c/f no prob? What if the turn is an 8? 3) I c/r to $40. How do we like this size? |
