UB epassporte cashout taking forever

I have a pending withdrawal from UB for $650. I requested it on the 19th. Still nothing and they say it only takes 2 business days. I've cashed out many times from UB, and always seem to have holdups, however my last and only previous eppassporte cashout was processed the same day. Should I be worried and contact UB?

crap. my withdrawal via epassporte is taking too long too. so, i emailed them, and got the "security check" email. they didn't bother telling me before i contacted them!!! how long were they gonna wait to tell me? what a bunch of [censored] retards. anyways, i suppose op should be fairly concerned. have all the "security checks" been done on epassporte cashouts? i wonder if their epass account is just underfunded, and they can't pay out right now.

Yeah, the ONLY reason I haven't contacted them is because I don't want to get the security check email, because I know it's total BS. I know I'm legit and I've always just waited them out and they eventually come through. However, this time I actually need the money NOW.

I'm starting to think we are too, Prodigy. However, I haven't received the email yet, and they always have come through eventually. What do you guys think I should do? Wait it out or contact them? I'm worried if I contact them and they hit me with the security BS it will only take longer to get my cash as I don't have a scanner or a fax machine (obv kinko's have fax but do they have scanners?).

well, they didn't send me the security email til i asked them why its taking so long. so, you might be better off waiting another 2-3 days. then again, i have the feeling they might just be stalling no matter what you do. why else would they wait til i asked whats taking so long?

Wait them out. I had the same thing happen. First time withdrawal to Epass almost right away. Second one waited 8-9 days. 3 more withdrawals after the 8-9 days one, took 1/2 day, 2 days, 1/2 day. All of this this month. Just wait.

I think you're going to find, if you try and cash out all your money from UB, thats when you get the security check. Don't cash it all out and it will probably go thru with no problems. I got flamed a couple weeks ago for posting and ranting about UB requesting ID for the FIRST time after playing there for over 3 years. It was the FIRST time I'd ever requested a full withdrawal, little less than $500. I decided to do a little test. I cancelled that withdrawal. Played a little over the next 2 days, about 100 hands total. Requested another withdrawal to epassporte, all my money except for $20. Guess what ? Went thru, never did send any documentation. Epassporte does a very good job of making sure you are who you say you are. In my personal opinion, no reason for UB to ask for documentation on a epassporte withdrawal. As I stated in the thread I started, I'm done with them.

This is not a full cashout. I still have over 2k left on there. If it weren't for their incredible bonuses, I'd probably be done with UB also. I'm just gonna wait a few more days, they've always come through EVENTUALLY.

I'm also awaiting an Epassporte cashout. Initiated March 20th for the measly $51 I had in there. Emailed support yesterday, but haven't heard anything.
