Default Take a shot and play like [censored]

but at least I run good.

30/60 CB

MP1(solid tag-maybe a little too tight) opens, somewhat Laggy older guy coldcalls, steamy button coldcalls, and I call in bb w/J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

flop:8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I check, MP1 checks, MP2 bets, I cr, Mp1 and Mp2 call.

Turn: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I bet, MP1 raises, MP2 3-towns, I 4-bet, both call.

river: 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

My action?

Im not sure about this. I described villain as TAG. I have a hard time putting him on a hand that is slowplaying the flop given the pot size and the presence of straight draws. It looks more like AK, AQ, etc. If these hands make up a significant portion of his range than the turn raise looks alot like-"let me try to get head up with a T with my possible 15 outer." Not saying this alone should sway my decision and I agree that I should bet here. I just think that diamonds look more apparent than at first blush.

Don't totally agree with you about the diamonds being likely, but it doesn't matter. You're obviously not folding for one more bet on the river. You have an easy vb because worse made hands are very likely when you have people aggressively raising on the turn.

I kind of liked the flop line. I doubt if QJ/Q9 or small PPs check there, so as long as you feel comfortable that the late position better won't play back at you with air, I think you have a profitable 3-barrel there.

MP's hand doesn't feel like diamonds at all. it looks more like he flopped a set and tried to get cute. this would be a pretty stupid way to play AK/AQ of diamonds. in fact, i can't think of a single hand he can have here that he played well.

Thats kind of my point. I think it is more understandable for him to check this flop w/ overs against a LAG, a tilter, and the bb than it is for him to have checked a set. After seeing a big pot developing he decides to peel. Again, I am still betting and calling so the point is kind of moot.

I missed the part where you played like [censored]. Was it the standard PF call with a suited 1-gapper in the BB? was it the flop c/r with an OESD? Or the turn 4-bet with the nuts?
