How do I stop doing "poker killer"?

Although I know too well not to play when I'm bored, angry, sleepy, tired...etc...However, my poker addiction just made me turn on the computer and start playing. It is so hard for me to stop this habit. Please advice how can I prevent this from happening? Thank you for your time!

If you feel you have a problem phone up the poker company you can't stop playing with. They will advise you on what to do.

i do this as well, still win tho just not as high of a rate, find a hobby on the side that u like and can do instead during these times is the best way to avoid it

hard to change your motivation, guess you'll just have to spend another night at the homeless shelter.

its a box, and i just cut a new window in the side. starting to feel like a home.
