Default Basic turn call/fold spot with overpair

Fairly standard spot. Just curious what 2p2 "consensus" is. I have been playing reasonably fast, maybe 22/20 or so, cbetting almost all the time and firing second barrels etc with a decent frequency. no real reads on villain other than he's not a total idiot.

I fold.

Looks like 77 or 88 to me.

I too am curious about what the consensus is though.

I call getting 2.5:1 and expecting to see hands like T9 and A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and loads of other combo draws. A set is possible but I don't think it's as likely as a draw.

Im folding on this turn exactly zero percent of the time.

Where is the story? He doesnt have a straight - so he has a pair putting you on AK or a set/two pair. Maybe a pair with soemthing else, like ATdd.

You simply dont have the stack to find out either way, and you are ahead far too often to fold. If he has it, meh, thems are the cuts.

I fold. This could be plenty of slowplayed bigger pairs. He can't have 2 pair with a flush draw. About all you beat is top pair no draw. If you called and won I'd be very curious to know what he had.
