Re: Have you received your January FTP check yet?
I have sent FTP several emails asking for an update. The responses I get are all over the place. They keep changing the date of how long it will take to get my check. For that matter, they've even flip-flopped on whether the check was even cut. One rep says one thing while another says something completely different. If necessary, I'll post the emails here so that everyone can see how Full Tilt reps are telling me contrary things. This kind of communication would be comical, except for the fact that I do need the money, and I've about had it with Full Tilt. This is getting very irritating.
Honestly, I don't believe they are intentionally lying or deceiving me--rather, I just don't think half of them even know what is going on. That type of incompetence should not continue. They'll lose customers if they don't correct things.
