AK preflop line check
Standard uber-nit UB NL50 table with stacks of 100BB. You raise with AK from UTG and are reraised by a solid TAG from MP. In my experience the three-betting range of a early raise is QQ+, AK.
Call, fold or raise OOP? |

It is unlikely that this villain will pay you off very much if he has QQ and you flop an A or K. At best, you'll pick up a cb from villain if you check/raise or check/call on an A/K flop. Vs the rest of his range, you're OOP and going to get into a big pot with what is either a tie or a huge dog. So fold seems best. |

Re: AK preflop line check
I fold here unless it's a very small reraise or if he's a maniac. Seems pretty standard.

Re: AK preflop line check
Thanks.
What if it is a donk minraise from behind or a standard sized reraise from a maniac in the blinds? |
