WSOP Circuit Event - Caesar's AC

I posted this in B&M, but it was suggested I post it here. I wanted to get some information on the WSOP circuit event March 3rd-15th at Caesar's in Atlantic City. I haven't been to one of these events, and would like to know what to expect.

I plan on playing the step tourneys. It looks like Step 1 starts at 12PM. How many tables do they normally run for Step 1? How early do you think you would need to get there to register for them? What kind of players should I expect to encounter in the Step tourneys? how are the starting chip/blind structures. (Fast, Slow?)

I plan on calling Caesars as well for any information, but if someone has played in this event before, any insights would be great.

This will be my 1st time to play in a WSOP Circuit Event. It should be a great experience.

I'm going down Tuesday to Thursday to play a $340 and some satellites.

I took off the 8th to go down and play. I will go back the 9th as well if need be, and hopefully on the 12th if all goes well. Good luck to everyone going down. 2+2ers showem how its done.

I'll be there on the 5th to play one or two step 1s and some 1/2 NL with a couple of friends from work (one is very sharky and is considering quitting his day job for live pro poker). Work in the AM on the 6th won't be pretty.

If I pick up a ticket to a step 2, I'll play it on the 9th.

Then back down to play the $340 on the 10th, with the sharky co-worker.

I will be playing on the 8th in the $500+60 buy in. Structure looks pretty decent too.
