If done right I like nothing more than ribs, but still [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] bacon.

I remembered a poll about this and found it. Here. The question was whether you would give up pork or chicken if you could only have one for the rest of your life. I was stunned at the number that gave up pork. Very few items in the "chicken" column do I find nearly as tasty. I'd miss chicken wings but I would suck it up.

One of my favorites is probably pulled pork made from wild boar. BBQ bacon cut into super-thick strips is up there too. Cuban sandwiches are great. And of course BBQ ribs. Can't really pick one favorite, but they're all favorites depending on my mood.

Ham, followed closely by bacon. I could eat ham for days on end.
