Alright I crack my knuckles probably 20-40 times a day. I'm addicted to it, I dont know why. I feel like I don't move around the same without starting off the day doing this. I also crack my knees,ankles,back,neck,wrists,and every way you can crack fingers. Am I doomed to have arthritis and live a horrible life? This might be bad cuz I seriously feel like the tin man without doing this all the time.

ah, didn't do my research on the subject in 2+2's archives. Didn't think this subject was covered. Have their really been any subjects not covered in OOT?

I'm pretty sure it's merely a release of gas in between the joints, and doesn't really cause arthritis. Not sure about it though.

As soon as I read this damn thread I had the irresistable urge to crack my knuckles. Thanks jerk, now I'm going to get arthritis too. Or not, who knows.

Every morning:
Back Neck Elbows Wristes Knuckles Knees Ankles Big Toes I really should stop the neck cracking as it's the one I do like 50 times a day. Eventually my head is going to pop off. |
