NL100 -- need some advice on table selection
I play at tribeca at the moment trying to clear their $550 bonus.. now, i just moved up to 100NL which is 200bb deep 0.25/0.5. Tribeca only have around 8-9 tables running at once so its kinda the same players.. with a few fish from time to time, but mainly solid ABC poker players. what would you think of these kinda tables?
Table 1 - average VPIP 26.2 - ave PFR 4.4 VPIP PFR AGG 41 8 0.7 14 5 2.5 13 4 2.8 18 8 1.6 25 0 1.5 22 5 2.5 24 2 1.3 Table 2 - average VPIP 29.1 - ave PFR 6.2 VPIP PFR AGG 17 1 5 26 10 2.4 24 0 0.7 18 3 1.8 34 4 1.5 53 6 1.1 39 2 3.9 Table 3 - average VPIP 24.9 - ave PFR 4.6 VPIP PFR AGG 52 14 6.5 18 3 1.9 13 4 2.8 33 4 1 22 5 2.5 Given the nittiness i am trying to steal a lot more.. but i graduated as a nit myself so its hard. Any advice would be welcome. |

Re: NL100 -- need some advice on table selection
just use vpip, the rest doesnt matter, just check to see how often they goto showdown and adjust against a specific villian. good luck.
any table averaave vpip of 28 or higher and im there. or if im first in line infront of a bunch of nits and i got a couple 28ers< in close proximity in front of me, i ll play. |

Re: NL100 -- need some advice on table selection
Okay so, these tables are all close to 28% VPIP (edited the post to show the table average now) - I think i might swap some tables..

Re: NL100 -- need some advice on table selection
I just won $88 with AA all in PF from the ONLY big fish (VPIP 44 PFR 18) at the table. I guess it only takes one.. at the table.

Re: NL100 -- need some advice on table selection
If the first # is vpip and the 2nd is PF raise then all 3 of those tables look very soft.

Thier PFR is pretty soft as it makes their hands very readable.. but you need to hit a nice flop with SCs and low pairs. and then get paid for it.. which i have not been doing lately. Anyway.. i am glad you think the tables are soft.. I'll stick with the bonus here for a bit longer and hope for a hot spell. |

Re: NL100 -- need some advice on table selection
While we're on the toppic, how can you check out a table's stats using Gametime+ without actually sitting in the game?

How are the 50NL tables? [/ QUOTE ] There is not 50NL on tribeca only 40NL which has 0.1 0.2 SB/BB so is again 200bb deep. The games are about the same for stats, if anything then everyone tends to be around 4PFR, main diffs is that they can never let go of TPTK... nice... |
