Default \"All in.........., no I fold.\"

I was playing some restricted buy-in no limit yesterday when the following situation occured. The max buy in for the game is $200. A very LAGy player to my right bets all in to me (heads up pot) on the flop when I have top pair and meduim kick. His all in bet is for $165. I go into the tank for like 10 sec, the I announce "call". This guy then takes his $165 back and mucks his cards!!!! I look @ the dealer, and instead of saying anything to the player, the dealer intantly calles the floorman over. The dealer accurately relays the situation to the floorman. The player in question slips the floor man a $5 chip from his stack, WHICH SHOULD BE IN THE POT! The floorman's ruling: "Moving his chips into the pot across the betting line doesn't constitute a bet, the line is arbitrary, and he removed his chips before you acted, next hand"........ OMG, WTF do I do?

Where was this?

Obvious answer: Get the names of witnesses, the floor, the dealer, rack up, leave, report to management and the gaming commission.

I'm going to guess this is not a legitimate establishment. I certainly hope not.

You don't play there again - you were straight ahead robbed. Where was this?

If legal establishment. get angry. Call over room manager. Get players names. file complaint with gambling commission and copy casino and poker room management and local media with detailed account, names of floor persons, dealer and witnesses. Do this quick before the tape is erased. Spread word in poker community and in media that this poker room is crooked. If illegal, spread word with name and location of establishment in poker community. forward info to law enforcement anonymously if you wish and see what they do, copy media( local TV and newspapers). This place needs to be shut down and the floor should be arrested.
