Re: 100nl: TPTK v Aggro villain
I think you're ahead, and I presume he has JQ or JK, unless he miniraises a set on flop (not very aggro). I would c/r turn and try to get it all in here- looks pretty safe. Maybe c/rai if you think he has a draw like 8Thh or QThh.

Re: 100nl: TPTK v Aggro villain
First instinct says donkbet potsized as villain could be raising the flop with lots of draw combo, but if we do that we kinda have to call an AI since we priced ourselves in. If we bet something like halfpot villain will have odds to calls with a draw combo or might just push. If we check villain may fire a second barrel or take a free one or bet with a hand that beats ours. I guess I like half pot and fold to raise because at this level I think they usually will just call with a draw to a turn donkbet.
I'd also like to add I don't want to make a big pot we have to call AI because I'm fearful of set from villain's preflop coldcall and small flop raise. At the same time villain can easily have a combo draw or just top pair. |
