Any US players here withdrawed from Doyle's recently? If so by check, how long did it take to get to you? Has anyone heard if they're gonna stay in the US market either?

I requested a cashout from them. After about 10-12 days(I had sent email never got a reply) I called a manager. He put me in touch with the accouting department on live chat. Got the check two days later via fedex.

Just request the cashout online to Firepay and email accounting saying you want it sent Fedex.

It took about 10 days for my check. I requested a couple of weeks ago.

I had to send accounting an email with the amount.

I requested a check with draw of 2k last Sat and they sent the check out on the 7th and got it on the 8th. Good customer service on my end.

On Jan thurs 25 or fri 26th I requested a check by Fed Ex. Got ahold of them on Monday the 29th for my fed ex tracking number, they said I would get it the next afternoon(Tues-30th), sure enough I got it the next afternoon and had the check by 10:30 am on Wednesday.

Just requested another check on Fri Feb 9, got ahold of them on Monday to request the tracking number, was told I would get it the next afternoon. Never got it. Support said that I would get it the following afternoon and that previous support was misinformed or made a mistake.

So this afternoon I again do not get the tracking number, contact support and this time they say they had a delay with the bank and the check will be sent tomorrow and I will get the tracking number tomorrow afternoon. Somehow I am not counting on it.

This week it seems like everyone in support has a different answer to my questions.

Hope this doesn't have anything to do with the Tribeca split supposedly happening next week.

Does anyone know exactly when this will happen? I'll have cleared the bonus by then, but I want to get most of my money out in case DR ends up in limbo. They also have an "aces never lose" promo scheduled for next Saturday so I'm not too concerned about anything bad happening.
