Just as an FYI on this new savior - have you seen this:
http://www.billrini.com/2007/02/06/l...-false-claims/ And also - as a serious question - what is the reasoning behind this ewallet getting around whatever the new regs will be under the UIGEA? I understand it is "private" - but it would still be subject to the same rules re us customers? And what about all the technical stuff re electronic financial networks, coding transactions and all the rest? And if it is legal for them - what would stop neteller? If we are just saying that they will be harder to "get to" by the US gov - as a practical matter that may be true, but if they are acting contrary to usa regs, they will find a way to shut them out of the US market? |
