Big Draw oop
Opponent isnīt one of the regulars, so likely some sort of fish. 34 vpip, 14 pfr.
Not really sure what to make of his flop raise, doesnīt seem like he should have a strong made hand here as he should be raising more to get money in vs overpairs, get draws to push or price them out. However, some of them do it anyway and I think I have an easy +EV call on the flop, so not sure if I should 3bet and open up for a push. Unsure about the other streets aswell. Re: Big Draw oop
I'm not leading turn after being raised on the flop. Your draw is too sexy to risk getting raised off it, especially by a guy who is very likely to pay you off. I'd check-call turn and reevaluate river.
River bet is awful. It's too small and it's much too likely that he has a Jack. You're spewing. |

Re: Big Draw oop
I prefer a check on the turn, and C/R if he bets.
And WTF with this river bet. |

[/ QUOTE ] yeah i know fold is literally like 2% here bc no one overbets in these spots (when you check) |

Re: Big Draw oop
Leading the turn is possibly the worst thing you can do. If you think he's weak check/raise him, if he checks fire river. My standard line would be to check-call, you have alot of nice outs which are likely to get paid off, and getting good odds. River bet, UGLY. Nothing you beat folds and your getting re raised alot. Bet3/4 of pot if ure gonna bet. |

Re: Big Draw oop
C/R turn or C/R river, I don't like a lead on either street
I like a three bet on the flop more than a turn lead |

Re: Big Draw oop
Pretty sure he has a Jack here and this is a bad river bet. Unless you put him exactly on QTss, KTss, or 8Tss, don't try to bluff this river. I would c/c turn and c/f river personally, to try to minimize losses when missing. I used to play this kind of kamikaze poker, and I was always bluffing into a big hand by betting on cards like this that are villain's most likely holding.
