Can anyone confirm that the initial live dealer sign up is in fact a sticky? The monthly looks good but the sign up has to be completed in order to take on the monthly.

It's not a sticky. I just did it a few days ago. As anyone done the sign up and monthly on the same month?

The terms say it's 10x bonus and deposit, was this the case?

I believe it's just 10X bonus. I messed up this bonus. I deposited and played $500 worth of bets before I realized I didn't recieve the bonus yet. Doh! I then requested the bonus and played the required $500 in wagering requirements and withdrawed.
