100bb effective stacks, villian is a lag. Should I be 3 betting this preflop? I have no goddamn clue on playing AAxx oop facing a raise.

Pretty mediocre Aces in general and definitely for a multiway pot and OOP. I would just call preflop or even fold it if the table plays really tight post flop.

If the table is really tight post flop I'd call with just about any four, my lovely troll.

Actually sir, with the stack sizes, I'm tempted to just reraise with any 4 if I am going to play at all. JT87... oh yeah, reraise.

That said, fold on flop is fine.

yeah, the flop might be 444 or 5h6h* or someone holding one of the 2 other aces will drop it and you can play it on the board.

Why would anyone hold the other two aces?

First, I didn't say that someone had both aces.

Second, I'd prop bet that 60% of the time that so many people show interest in the hand two other people hold a single ace each. And 85% of the time at least one of the other aces (that you don't hold) will be held by someone else.

The only reason you'd fold your quite high quality hand here is if you believe the raiser is a better player than you and you simply dont' want to engage him in a big pot... in which case you probably should be on another table.

So basically we fold 6789 also becuase its a 64-69% chance we only have 4 straight cards left in the deck
