erasing odds/protecting hands
sb: A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
bb: A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] hero mid position: K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Hero first limper pre-flop mid position folds around to sb who opens to $30; bb miniraises to $60. I'm deep stacked as is sb and give a loose pf call as does sb. (bb short stack w/ $167 behind) flop: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] sb checks, bb bets $40 I smooth call the draw sb checkraises to $140, bb rr's last $127. I'm gettin' great odds to draw. I smooth call not wanting to risk my entire stack on a second nut flush draw against the only other deep stack at the table. My question is if the cards were played face up and the A-A was deeper, what should have been bet to erase the draws? |
