Not only did I have zero dollars in Neteller when they froze EFTs, but I made eleventh hour Instacash deposits to Stars and Full Tilt the day before they shut them down.

Guess what? My Neteller balance is currently -$3000 and they can no longer collect upon the obligation from my bank account.

Baaahahaha -- They keep sending me emails about how I gotta replenish the negative balance - like thats gonna happen now that they're useless.

Neteller doesn't have the ability to ruin your credit score? I always thought companies that have your SSN and extend lines of credit are able to do this.

With the credibility they now have in the US, I doubt it. But its not like I blocked my bank account, they can still send the EFT if its worth 3k to them to break their "new policy" and potentially incriminate themselves further.
