Mos Def & Talib Kweli - Black Star(got recently, pretty good).

where else can you hear vivaldi flowing over a drum beat, scratching, and a black guy saying things like "nurse! theres a horse in the hospital!" and "you have bees flying around your rectum". simultaneously too.

and deltron 3030 obviously

Lot of good stuff mentioned here and a good amount of garbage. Southern rap is pretty much terrible all around.

Ya, Nickatina Says does suck, I don't know why it's considered one of his best. But check out some of his other stuff, its good.
