Pretty soon I will tell PS that if I can't get my money out of Neteller, I'm done playing on their site. There is no reason for Neteller to withold funds.
High volume is no excuse, they either have the money or they don't. I would not have funds in Neteller if not for PS, and they can exert way more pressure than I can. |

Your bank won't let you get your money out of your checking account, so you are going to threaten not to shop at stores that formerly took your checks drawn on that bank. Makes perfect sense.

Individual players have no leverage with Neteller and Neteller has no reason to give us our money since we can't use them anymore.
On the other hand I presume that Neteller is still doing business with PS with non-US residents. It would be a tremendous blow to Neteller if PS were to stop doing business with them. Therefore PS does have some leverage. I don't have much leverage with PS other than to quit playing there, but they really need to do something or they will lose the whole US market. On another note it may not actually be illegal for Neteller to fund poker sites from US residents accounts, but they obviously think it might be. My understanding of the new law is that it prohibits transferring funds. If that is the case, it is also illegal for PokerStars to send us a check. I am concerned that eventually PokerStars will quit sending checks to us. |

So you think that to keep you as a customer, poker Stars will threaten to stop doing business with Neteller and in the process risk losing european cash flow as well?

[/ QUOTE ] Actually that's pretty much what I would do. But of course if this were all in the US I would have many other alternatives. |
