This is shortsighted to say the least. You need the money now, but you won't need it in a month? Come on.

We've seen stories of people requesting an ATM card by phone with rush delivery and getting them within a week. Following that course might be a bit more productive than posting here.

fwiw i got my neteller debit card in 4 business days from the request. i'm in the US, but forget where exactly it was mailed from.
