Without the caller I would make it 300. If the raiser would have made it 150-200 it would be an easy push IMHO. I pushed this as well but on the button maybe a standardraise would have been better?

A shove is fine IMO. I think a smooth call would be alright too (and actually might be my default play) especially if you think MP1 is reasonably likely to have a big pair.

Pushing must be best here, but what sort of hand is MP1 holding with his min raise over one limper? It's either a donk play or a very high pp imo. 100.... hmm, really can't figure that one out.
