If it is actually drawn on a Bank of America account, as stated on the Stars web site, then just make sure you have 2 picture IDs with you and you are good to go.

typically most americans now have a debit card with their photo on it and/or a costco/sams club type card with a photo.

I would not call this typical or say most americans.

Fortunately the banks are typically quite lax about the 2 ID deal, as b1 stated (I've used a birth certificate, debit cards from other banks, all sorts of crap).

I always though 1 picture ID and one non at BofA.
I know I've used DL and CC many times.

That sounds like a regional thing to me. I'm from san diego area. So cars and private transportation are pretty much a necessity. I have a friend from the philadelphia area who used the public transportation system there and only recently acquired her car for use in california. When I'm buying things and the teller asks me "do you have ID?" I laugh inside because "I drove here didn't I? Need the liscence for that" I haven't researched the matter so it's just a hunch.

Default Do Poker Stars\' checks even say \'PokerStars\" on the face ?

I plead ignorance, but I cannot imagine that PokerStars is obtuse enough to actually issue checks which say 'PokerStars" on the face.

They can print anything they want on the face, why would they say anything about online gambling.

Actually, why they would identify the Bank on their poker website is even a bit odd.

The checks dont say PokerStars or anything on the check that tells you anything about what kind of company it came from.
