400NL, Iso raising fish

What range do you raise from the CO or Button when some callstation like guy limps infront of you, blinds usually call a bit too loose, but doesn´t reraise a ton. Pretty typical for 400nl imo.

Basicly I raise 22+, AT+, KT+, QT+, JT, Axs, Kxs, Q9s, 64s+, 54s+ is this too loose, given that he will call cont bets light and such? Would you ever overlimp ?

I will raise all those and sometimes limp with suited connectors if there's at least one sation or a loose player in the blinds, but I'm check folding a ton of flops against a station.
