My experience with Nutrisystem is limited to those commercials they've been running on TV lately, but based on that...If it sounds too good to be true...

I think something like this would be good for me, because it would regulate what I eat, and always give me something to eat at home. Running out of food is generally what makes me eat bad because then I just order pizza or chinese food. Also, the portions would be good for me as I tend to overeat. I'm not fat or anything but could lose 10 lbs and have thought about doing this.

But yeah, if you think you can lose 20 lbs just by eating this, I doubt it. But if you went to the gym, ran 3-4x a week, I think you'd see very good results.

I did it for 3 weeks. Complained about 40% of the food and sent the rest back. I am still waiting for a refund. I need to lose about 30 lbs. I thought this was a semi-good solution. Some of my major problems: eggs are powder and suck (I sent those back for a credit/replacement-still havent seen it). system isn't built for road-warriors (I travel a ton; carrying food with you on the road is a PAIN IN THE ASS). They sent me some OLDER food that was literally packaged 2 years ago (with the original order). I had to pay for everything to be shipped back to get my credit (the first time to replace the eggs and the second time to send EVERYTHING else back). You have to supplement your diet with fat free milk, vegetables, and fruit. After doing it for 3 weeks I realized I could do this system by myself by just taking a food diary and self-control.

If you want to ask me specific questions, I can try and answer what I know.

This is exactly right. Try and just kill yourself on the elliptical machine/stairmaster/treadmill. However, a mini shortcut is something like trimspa or pure hoodia gorundi(sp?). For me I have trouble controlling my appetite and end up snacking a lot esp. late at night. These pills def lessened that constant small hunger and made it easier to not just eat uneccesarily.

The idea is good, having food sent to your house.

My ma signed up for it last month, she lasted about three weeks as the food was beyond disgusting. My dog ended up feasting on the rest of what she had left.

You are much better off learning a few quick and healthy recipes and having them in the fridge.
