Thanks for sharing Gobbo. Could you explain your thought process in hand 109 in the million. It was the Q,9 hand with the double gut shot draw. Any special reads on villian etc.?

P.S. I know it still stings thinking about what could have been, but congrats. on your big day yesterday.

Villain had been opening rather loosely and I thought on this board it'd be really hard to have something that connects and can call a c/r, but I played the hand badly. My c/r on the flop shouldn've been allin. I got fairly lucky he folded, but on that board it's almost impossible to call without a king.

Wow. Good job!

Hand#15. You're in SB with 99. One limper. CO makes it 7xBB.
You call and the BB and Limper fold. Did you call the 7xBB from CO becuase you anticipated the BB and Limper to call as well? If You knew it was just You and Co would you still have called with 99 OOP vs 7xBB raise. Curious on your thought proccess.
I do this a lot in this spot but always feel its a long term -EV play since the players after me usually fold and I am left HU and usually don't hit.
Any Congrats on ur wins and thanks for sharing you plays

your bust out hand 575.
Most of us play it like this.
A stop and go would have worked.
Any regrets?

PS congrats on a nice tourny..
See you at PCA

This is really rough and I did it over a few different sessions and wasnt paying a ton of attention so take it for what its worth.

1k hands
7 fold the flop
51 Raise is too big
57 call the river, I think this value raise is pretty thin
93 fold pf unless you think he is a really bad player
109 if you are planning on calling his shove? You need to raise the flop a little more
125 bet the flop
191: I like the raise, cramming seems stupid
195: I really dislike your line here, Pf i push or fold and c/ring the flop makes him too committed to fold most of his hands.
214: stack sizes look perfect for a play like this, nh
223: Man i don’t like this hand at all. Unless you have a good read on this guy and are willing to make a play at him just fold pf. I think you need to give him some credit on this flop with the weak c-bet, If you are going to call I really don’t like leading the turn.
Blinds 1200/2400 Why were you min raising?
245: I think i give him credit for a king here but im not sure. I think i fold
279: give up on that turn, as played give up or put him all in on the river.

You have to slow down after you lose or steal a few pots in a row, you got in trouble a few times here.

Good job gobbo

I feel exactly the opposite. If we're pushing with A9o we better be pushing with QQ too.
