I'm reluctant to even play KQo lvl 3, but as is, I like to raise 3.5xBB here to 175. Just a nit.

Bet 175 at the very very least on the flop. The fact that he checkraised is negated by it being a minraise, so I like a push.

Don't fold preflop on the button with KQo in a 6 max tournament, way too nitty. Make a proper bet on the flop and shove after his raise.
