Default What are your top 5 albums of the year?

I'm looking for some new music to get into, all genres accepted. Post more than 5 if you want.

In no order:

Masta Killa - Made in Brooklyn
Park - Building a Better
Jedi Mind Tricks - Servants in Heaven, Kings in Hell
Joe Budden - Mood Muzik 2
In Flames - Come Clarity

I haven't heard the new Nas album but I've heard good things so it might eventually sneak on to the list.

I completely disagreed with everything on your list with the exception of Jedi Mind Tricks - "Servants in Heaven, Kings in Hell", only because I had never heard it.

So I downloaded it.

Fanfreakingtastic. Thanks for opening my eyes, this will definitely stay in regular rotation!

Have you heard any of their other stuff? If not you need to get Violent By Design, it is a classic and IMO way better than this record.

So what? So go in and school em.

Also, CMIs taste is very middle of the road, not obscure or hipster at all. Wait till you see my list.

I can't stand any of the stuff he listed, I don't see how your list could be any worse.
