I work out about 3-4 times a week to stay healthy, but also to look good. If I am wearing a T-shirt or dress shirt with pants, what muscles are the most important to looking awesome?

[/ QUOTE ] As knowledgable as you seem, I don't think this is usually looked at as the "money muscle" is it? I would think he would want to go for a broad-shoulder, narrow waist, "V-taper" kind of thing. Most importantly it would seem taht you would want to go for a full-body toning, quads, calves, biceps, triceps, and shoulders, for lean (not bulky) mass. That was probably highly helpful.... They may be important in overall fitness and athletic ability, but that is another thing. |

You really can't beat a pumped xiphoid process.

[/ QUOTE ] forearms are the only muscles that you can visibly see in a tee shirt, and it's not terribly hard to get them conditioned. other than that, i'd say have a lean waist and built shoulders. |

amplify,
what is a xiphoid process? TxRedMan, If I do shoulder press will that be enough for my shoulders? Is there one part of the shoulder (anterior, medial, posterior) that is more important? |
