+Watching a movie and determining if it's good or bad
(Does anyone else think they'd be the world's best film critic while high? I mean, think that while you're high you would be, not think while you're high that you would be. Of course.

Bad At

+Talking to people
+Shirts

For some reason, I suck at shirts while high. Putting them on. Taking them off. Determining which side goes where.

Oh, another. ...

+Hearing weird sounds.

Though I don't know if I think I'm good at that or not.

Yeah, phones don't seem to work for me when I'm high. The conversations just seem too hard to follow. I tend to forget what I said.
