Default Rate my first 3barrel with A hi

Villain after 150 hands is 28 vpip/ 25 pfr/ and 35% wtsd and 3/3/2 on f/t/r agg respectively
Villain and I have no beef and is not out of line. I have not shown down any really good hand or weak holding b/c I have only sat for <10 min.

Each card just seemed a better and better scare card. Like it or no?

this only works for me if hes missed clubs and i had the best hand anyway...opponent will call river here with just about anything that is good enough to justify calling the turn imo

for explanation: see bet sizing, your decisions on when you call/fold/bet, and texture of the board.

I dont get how the 3 of spades is a scare card here.

It changes absolutely nothing.

If hero was betting to protect made str8 from FD in 4-way pot, what is better flop bet? Closer to pot? More?

I actually like it, although I rarely 3 barrel myself. UTG prob does not have an overpair here, or he can be moved off it. If he did, he is checking out of caution cause pot is multiway, and this board is dangerous vs an overpair with 3 others in. I mean if UTG likes his A7, A8, overpair, enough to call 3 barrels, why wouldnt he bet out to protect his hand here? When you bet the flop you're really rooting for the blinds to go away quietly. My guess is on the turn he called cause hes getting 3 to 1 and isnt quite ready to drop his overpair yet, or has something like KcQc. If it is the overpair, that river bet to him says his overpair can only pick off a 3 barrel bluff. Personally I would wait to see who is bluffable before doing this but good play.
