TruePoker Servers issue at Kahnawake, (temporary)

Our site is down for a couple of hours and will resume service later today. (We were doing a server upgrade at Kahnawake this morning and had a problem with bringing the system back up. We are doing the necessary maintenance and repairs currently, but will not have it in place for a couple of hours.)

(Ironically, our play-for-fun system servers came back just fine.)

Is this the same problem that has kept your support email servers down for the past two weeks?

We have been receiving Support emails every day, with no problems. I do not know what you are referring to.

We also have LIVE Hosts on the games 24/7, they can help you with most issues or expedite referrals to other departments.

If you have some issue that you emailed about and did not receive a response, copy it to me at management@truepoker.com.

Yes I have sent in an email to support (twice in the last two weeks) as has my affiliate. Your end is static so far.

Next time I get around to resending it I will copy you.

We resolved the pending hardware issue at Kahnawake and the games are back up.

We will offer all our real money players a $2,500 Make Up Freeroll on Friday to apologize for any inconvenience.

Details will be posted on the site Thursday morning.

Tonight's 1,000 Hand $1,000 Freeroll will run as scheduled.

However, I thought I told you before that your obsessive, ad hominem attacks are unfounded and will not be addressed. If you want to publish slander (or is it liable), you do so with notice of its nature. I am not interested in your self-indulgent flame wars.

While I've got you here, do you care to answer the questions about why you lied to 2+2 about your business's stance on the UIGEA? We had some heated debates in the Legislation Forum which I claimed you were lying to 2+2 to get players to your site.

You claimed the UIGEA did not affect poker operators, happily took praise, gave assurances to US players, and advised affiliates that they could legally refer players to TruePoker under the UIGEA. The day the US law went through, you proved yourself a liar by banning certain US states.

Funnily enough, you disappeared when people started asking questions.
