Official Week 12 FF Thread
Surprised it hasn't been posted yet, guess I'll start off this week.
Have a couple decisions to make this week. QB: Red hot Carson against an Cleveland's ok pass def (gave up 211 to Rivers, 197 to Vick, 272 to Ben) or struggling Bulger against the pitiful, but reviving, 49ers? I'm leaning towards Palmer. I need to find a kicker as well. I have StL's kicker, but with Bulger/Rams' sucking recently meaning I need to start looking elsewhere. Or should I stick with StL's kicker against SF? |

Re: Official Week 12 FF Thread
9er D has been effective lately. I'm not sure why. I think it's due to a guy by the name of Brandon Moore who has been awesome for us lately on D and of course Gore who has been outstanding outside the red zone lately. With that being said, Wilkins has still been very good this year and so has Bulger. I think you stick with Carson who is "so hot right now" while Bulger has been mediocre lately. Cleveland Pass D is pretty solid.

Re: Official Week 12 FF Thread
McNabb is out, I just traded away bulger. Trade deadline has passed, which QB to service me the rest of the way?

Re: Official Week 12 FF Thread
I think you can remove Garcia, Plummer and Leinhart as possible options. The rest I would consider dropping/adding weekly depending on matchup.
I voted Pennington as the Jets play the Texans next week and the Jets have a weak schedule from here on out. Also expect a bounce back game for Chad after yesterday's performance. |

Re: Official Week 12 FF Thread
With Santana Moss out/playing poorly, I may need a 3rd receiver option for this week. If Santana is not game, do I go with:
Jerricho Cotchery @ HOU Chris Henry @ CLE In my standard scoring league, the rest of my team is: C. Palmer S. Smith J. Walker LT2 B. Westbrook J. Shockey S. Graham San Diego/Week-to-Week depending on matchups D |

Cotchery @ Houston. Houston's pass defense is dreadful.

I like Henry, Cotchery isn't a bad choice either

Re: Official Week 12 FF Thread
I am having to patch together a lineup weekly now based on the fact that half my [censored] team got decimated by injuries the past couple weeks.
I can maybe limp into the playoffs: Who do you start, out of this sorry lot? (1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1K and 1 Def) QBs: Grossman@NE, Delhomme@Was RBs: Anthony Thomas@JAC, Thomas Jones@NE, Reuben Droughns@Cinci, DWilliams@Was (assuming he gets the start over an injured Foster doesn't go) WRs: Hines Ward@Bal, LColes@Hou, Muhammad@NE TE: Ended up picking up Des Clark because Tony G probably won't play. If he does, Gonzalez is the easy pick. K: Viniatieri@Phi or R Gould@NE Def: Denver D, but Miami D is the best available right now. Basically, my team is [censored] and I can't seem to find a decent lineup here. HELP PLZ! |

Re: Official Week 12 FF Thread
Delhomme Washington Pass D is terrible
Droughns (Cincy Run D is bad) and Thomas Jones (not a huge fan here but A. Train @ Jac is horrible) Muhammad and Ward (Coles still isn't 100%, if he is he is a definite play) Clark Vinatieri although Gould is always solid. Miami, KC is very good at home. |
