Default Last.fm 2+2 group

I think it would be cool if a bunch of us joined a last.fm group. This is a really cool site that keeps track of what you're listening to and would be a great way to find new music.

By having a group we can see what artist, albums, or tracks "we" are listening to the most every week.

Here is an example of a group.

Anyone want to do this? I made a group called Two Plus Two.

Mark,

This is actually a pretty cool idea. Quick question though, how do you tag music/albums into your profile that are from your files?

I'm not sure what you mean. You just make an account and download the little program. That program will keep track of what you have playing in iTunes/Windows Media Player automatically. It's pretty cool.

Suprised more people aren't interested in this. This site is very helpful for finding new music. It keeps track of what you listen to and makes recommendations based on the listening patterns of other users. After a few days I looked at the bands it said I might like and I did in fact listen to almost all of those bands (but I hadn't in those couple days, so it didn't know I already listened to them).

It also keeps track of concerts that you might be interested in. You set how far you're willing to go travel for a concert and it shows you the ones coming up that you might like based on what you have listened to.
